This ryokan far exceeded our expectations! the private onsen was incredible, with a serene mountain view. the room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotless. We were pleasantly surprised to find free cider in the fridge, perfect after a long, relaxing soak. the kaiseki meals were a feast for the senses, beautifully plated and always fresh. the staff's attention to detail was superb - they even accommodated our food allergies with ease. For those who need it, free transportation to the ryokan can be prearranged.
The family bath next door was a bit noisy at times.

The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms with all necessary amenities, including a kettle and drinks available in the room. The service was exceptional, with accommodating staff catering to my dietary needs. The meals were delicious and featured local ingredients. The private onsen provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of work. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The room was not cleaned on the first day, and when we requested for it to be cleaned, the bedding was not changed. The second day, the room was cleaned but the beds remained unmade. There was also a bit of confusion about room service, and the partial cleaning of the room was not automatically offered. Additionally, some of the cupboards and shelves in the room were dusty. These minor issues aside, the overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
